Movement More delivers high-energy, interactive workshops that help young people build the confidence, resilience and communication skills they need for school, work and life.
Through real-world scenarios, role-play, storytelling and practical challenges, students don't just learn the skills. They practise them.
Build genuine self-belief, develop a growth mindset and learn practical techniques to handle pressure, setbacks and unfamiliar situations with greater confidence.
Learn to speak with confidence, structure ideas, tell compelling stories and capture an audience's attention through stronger delivery, creativity and body language.
Become a stronger listener and communicator. Students practise asking better questions, building relationships, showing empathy and navigating difficult conversations and conflict more effectively.
Hi, I’m Adam Swan, and I founded Movement More in 2021 with one belief at its heart: young people deserve the skills and confidence to get more from life.
The idea came in the aftermath of COVID. I was seeing young people spending more time behind screens, but less time genuinely connecting. Confidence had taken a hit. Communicating face-to-face felt harder. Expressing how they felt, dealing with pressure, making new friends and navigating difficult conversations were skills many students simply hadn’t had the chance to practise. Teachers didn't just tell me this, the students themselves did too.
It was time for change.
Movement More school workshops gets students up, talking, laughing, thinking and challenging themselves. Through highly interactive workshops, we create a space where students can practise real-life skills, make mistakes without fear, learn from each other and discover what they’re capable of.
We allow them this space to learn and practice new techniques and frameworks to both communicate, connect and deal with stress better.
I’m from Wexford, studied Business Studies at DCU, and since 2021 I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate workshops with thousands of students across Ireland.
Movement More isn’t about telling young people how to live their lives. It’s about equipping them with the confidence, resilience and communication skills to make their own choices, with the skills to do so.

Highly interactive, creative and memorable. Students learn practical frameworks and techniques, but most importantly, they get up and actually use them. Expect lots of movement, group challenges, role-play, storytelling and playful experimentation. The workshops are designed to build skills while also bringing students together, helping them connect, build confidence with one another and have a genuinely enjoyable experience.
Movement More works with schools all across Ireland. We travel directly to your school and can tailor the workshop to your students, year group and objectives.
Workshops are flexible, ranging from focused one-hour sessions through to full-day experiences. We can build the format around your school timetable, group size and the skills you want students to develop.
We focus on the human skills young people need for school, work and life. Topics include confidence, communication, presentation skills, storytelling, resilience, growth mindset, stress management, handling conflict and tough questions, listening, non-verbal communication and body language. Workshops can focus deeply on one area or combine several topics into a broader experience.
We work with students from 1st Year through to 6th Year, typically ages 12–19. The content, exercises and level of challenge are adapted to suit the age and experience of the group, so a 1st Year workshop will feel very different from a TY or 6th Year experience.
Movement More has delivered workshops in schools across Ireland, including Good Counsel College, New Ross; St Farnan's College, Prosperous; St Conleth's Community College, Newbridge; schools in Malahide; and many more nationwide. Our workshops can be adapted for different year groups, school environments and student needs.
